O R D E R

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate action against the respondent Nos.4 to 7 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.06.2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is a international smuggler and some of the articles went missing in the airport. But so far, no such complaint has been received from any one and no occurrence report has been given by the airport authorities.

4. The allegation made by the petitioner is that because of the threat made by the private respondents, the petitioner attempted to commit suicide, over which, he made a complaint, but inspite of that there is no action, hence this petition has been filed.

5. The third respondent is present before this Court and stated that the counter parties are the friends of petitioner. As per the complaint, threat was made by the private respondents to do the work that they commend, but when that was refused, trouble arisen between them. Over the complaint given by the petitioner, summon was issued to both side parties, but they did not appear.

6. Since the complaint given by the petitioner is pending, the third respondent is directed to issue summon to the petitioner as well as the private respondents. The third respondent is further directed to enquire the above said complaint and conclude the same within fifteen days from the date of appearance of the parties. The petitioner and private respodents are directed to appear before the third respondent and cooperate to complete the process of enquiry.

7. With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
