ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the Final Report in C.C.No. 284 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate court, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. It is seen from the records that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Padmanabhapuram has taken cognizance of the Final

Report in C.C.No. 284 of 2012 for an alleged offence under Sections 147,447,294(b),323 and 506(ii) of IPC. The petitioners are arrayed as A1, A3 to A6 and A8. The reading of the First Information Report shows that specific overt acts has been attributed to each one of the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of trial.

4. This Court does not find any merits in the Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
