Respondents PRAYER : Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in S.R.No.62/B.L./2021, dated 02.08.2021, on the file of the second respondent herein and quash the detention order and produce the body of the Petitioners husband namely P.Sakthikumar, aged about 40 years, S/o.Pandi, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

Today when the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per G.O.Rt.No.5006, Home, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1213 of 2021 Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 28.10.2021, the detention order has been revoked.

2. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Habeas Corpus Petition and therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
