Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAN.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b), that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7914 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working at Chennai and he is not able to appear before the respondent police and hence, he filed this petition to modify the above said condition.

3. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the condition No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police. sd/- 03/07/2024 / TRUE COPY / /07/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
