This writ petitioner seeks grant of educational loan for his daughter. The respondent bank had declined the said request on the ground that the application was not in the prescribed format. Only if the application is in the prescribed format, the bank will be able to evaluate the application. In the absence of full particulars, the bank will not be in a position to consider the application.
2.The learned counsel for the writ petitioner expressed his difficulty stating that the bank has not given him the loan application form.
3.Mr. Pala Ramasamy, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank undertakes to furnish a copy of the loan application form to the writ petitioner. It is open to the writ petitioner to fill up the said loan application with all the relevant particulars and to approach the respondent bank. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for the respondent bank to consider the said application and take a decision one way or other regarding grant of education loan. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
