O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner, her husband, their relatives and their friends, under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 24.08.2021, since it is a dispute between the mother and daughter, the matter was referred to mediation. For the purpose of filing report, the same was listed today.

3.But, the parties did not appear before the Mediator on the date of mediation.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based upon the complaint, investigation was undertaken and during the course of enquiry, the third respondent had given the statement to the effect that her daughter got married to one Vinothkumar and since she came to know that now they are living https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.OP(MD).No.12113 of 2021 happily, she accepted their marriage. Based upon that, it was closed, on 05.10.2021.

5.Since the third respondent accepted the marriage of the petitioner and there was an agreement between the petitioner and the third respondent herein, before the Enquiry Officer, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. 6.With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
