PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners against the law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners based on the complaint given by the third respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the third respondent and the first petitioner are husband and wife and due to matrimonial dispute between the parties the third respondent has preferred a complaint against the petitioners and others before the All Women Police Station which was also registered in Crime No.108 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, both the parties have appeared before the enquiry officer and stated that they will work out their remedy before the appropriate Civil Court and on that basis it was closed on 10.03.2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that

there was no second complaint by the third respondent against these petitioners and only representation given by the petitioners is pending.

4. Since the complaint given by the third respondent is closed nothing survives in this petition for further consideration and for further direction.

5. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
