Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings / Entry made in Town Survey register and proceedings incorporated therein in RTR No. 2020/0153/15/002989 TR dated 13.01.2021 by the third respondent dated 13.01.2021 in respect of the property comprised in T.S.No.18/16/1 present T.S.No.18/45 and 18/46 and Survey No.46/4 A and new S.No. 46/4A/3 in Ward Q Block No.2 situated at Chennai Bye pass Road, Tharanallur Village, Ariyamangalam, measuring an extent of 1 acre 03 cents and quash the same and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to issue patta in respect of the above said property in favour of the petitioners.
