ORDER

Challenging the order passed by the II Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Nagercoil in Crl.M.P.No.355 of 2022 in S.C.No.12 of 2020, dated 20.04.2023 refusing to allow expert opinion, this criminal revision case is filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the trial has been concluded, arguments putforth and sentence has already been pronounced and the petitioners herein are convicted on 12.10.2023 itself.

3. Recording the same, finding that there is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order, this criminal revision case is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to prefer an appeal as against the order of conviction.
