Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to settle the petitioner surrender leave salary of Rs.1,44,758/- for 72 days from 2011 to 2019 together with interest at the rate of 18 percent per annum payable from the date of retirement to till the date of actual payment.

Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No. 132 of 2020 dated 06.01.2020, this contempt petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the contemnors would state that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD).No. 132 of 2020 dated 06.01.2020 has been complied with.

Hence, he seeks liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum. 4.Recording the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
