ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to take action on his complaint dated 06.06.2024.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the petitioner was received on 11.06.2024. The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Puliangudi, Tenkasi District, conducted an enquiry and registered a case in Crime No.142 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 143, 147, 294(b), 506(i) IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s) of SC/ST Act. He further submits that the investigation in this case is completed and they are yet to file a final report. He further submits that the petitioner is having a motive in the Panchayat Election and therefore, he is lodging complaints again and again. 2/4

3. The respondent Police is directed to furnish a copy of the report to the petitioner enabling him to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. If the respondent Police has not acted upon it, the petitioner is having a remedy before the learned Judicial Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. or Section 200 Cr.P.C.
