PRAYER IN CRP(MD) SR.NO.42896 of 2018 :

To set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 12.12.2017 passed in I.A.No.1231 of 2017 in O.S.No.469 of 2014 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.RAJESH, Advocate for Mr.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- The delay in representing the Civil Revision Petition is 520 days delay. There was amendment in decree and therefore, decree was amended on 19.11.2018. From March 2019, there is COVID-19 Pandemic. Therefore, the delay is condoned subject to condition that the the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) towards costs, to the Legal Aid Services Committee, attached to this Bench on or before 22.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
