ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, due to passage of time, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities with a fresh representation, to ventilate his grievances, for which, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

In view of the above submissions, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent authorities with a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing of the representation, without going into the merits of the petitioner's case, the respondents are directed to consider the same, if there are no other legal impediments and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
