ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents No.1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.02.2026.
2. Considering the limited scope of relief sought for in this writ petition, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the petitioner has lodged a complaint as against the third respondent seeking appropriate action on 18.06.2026 in person to the second respondent police. However, no action taken, hence ths petition.
3. The Government Advocate submitted that the complaint has already been received by the respondent police and current paper is pending.
4. Heard either sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In this regard, the second respondent police is directed to put both the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS, give an opportunity of hearing and dispose of the same within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
