********* [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] It is unfortunate that though, the detenu is missing from the year 2011 onwards, there is no further information about the whereabouts of the detenu.

2.In such view of the matter, we are inclined to transfer the investigation pending on the file of respondent No.2 in Crime No.642 of 2014. Accordingly, the first respondent is directed to transfer the investigation from the file of the second respondent to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Madurai.
