This petition has been filed to forbear the second respondent from interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner on the one hand and the private respondent on the other. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint raised against the petitioner was enquired into and closed. It is further submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the second respondent will not interfere in the said civil dispute.
