ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, who is the wife of the first petitioner, enquiry is pending. So far no case has been registered against the petitioners. It is purely money transaction dispute between the parties.
