ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to the second respondent herein to provide necessary police protection to fence the petitioner's property in Survey No.94/10 situated at Sirupatti Village, Usilampatty Tlauk, Madurai District. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation from the petitioner, CSR No.174 of 2022 has been registered, enquiry is conducted and the petition is pending.

3.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and to take suitable action on merits, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
