ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informed the Court that since the land has been classified as "Kallankuthu", it is not possible to grant patta. 2.Be that as it may, this decision shall be communicated by the fourth respondent to the petitioner herein as expeditiously as possible so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law. 3.Granting liberty to the petitioner and leaving open all his contentions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
