This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to give the police protection to the petitioner at the time of constructing a building in Survey No.443 of 32 at North Street, A.Kumareddiyapuram Village, Therkuveerapandiyapuram, Thoothukudi District, based on the representation dated 10.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 23.07.2021.
