To prefer this Memorandum of Grounds of Second Appeal against the Judgment and decree passed in A.S.No. 57 of 2006 dated 31.07.2006 on the file of the I Additional Sub-Court, Tirunelveli confirming the Judement and Decree passed in O.S.No. 1243 of 2004 dated 10.01.2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SENGU VIJAY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to return the original document marked as Ex.A2 (sale deed dated 06.11.1999 executed by Shanmugam in favour of the petitioner herein) in O.S.No.1234 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli by substituting the Sub Registration Office copy of the same for the present. 2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.
