For Petitioner : Mr.T.Lenin Kumar For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor for R.1 O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 35 of 2021 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.35 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 406, 506(i) of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, against the petitioners. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was presented before the concerned Court as action dropped.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Let the RCS notice be served upon the defacto complainant. 2/4
