Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry into the complaints of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026 and take action against the Respondent No.3 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry into the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.03.2026 and take action against the third respondent. 1/4

2. Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for R1 and R2. In view of the order to be passed, notice to R3 is dispensed with.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the respondents conducted enquiry and came to the conclusion that the dispute is property dispute and subsequently, closed the complaint. A copy of the closure report has also been furnished to the petitioner counsel.

5. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report as per law, if so advised. No costs.
