Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2025 and provide compensation amount to the petitioner for the house Plot Nos.261, 262, 263 and 264 situated at Survey No. 943/2, bearing address, Venkatachalapathy Nagar, Adianooth Village, Dindigul District based on the sale deed No. 2464 dated 18.04.2011.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.01.2025 and provide compensation amount to the petitioner for the house Plot Nos.261, 262, 263 and 264 situated at Survey No. 943/2, bearing address, Venkatachalapathy Nagar, Adianooth Village, Dindigul District based on the sale deed No.2464 dated 18.04.2011. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the house Plot Nos.261, 262, 263 and 264 were acquired by the respondents for laying national highways. However, none of the documents were produced including the award which was not served on the petitioner.

3.Therefore, this Court is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation after issuing notice to the petitioner, conduct enquiry and thereafter, pass orders. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
