This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take necessary action and investigate the complaint filed by the petitioner on 11.04.2026.

2. Learned Additional Government Counsel (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the inquiry is pending and that, based on the petitioner's application, the investigation would be completed as expeditiously as possible.

3. After hearing the rival submissions, this Court is of the considered opinion that, since the prosecution has stated that the investigation is still pending, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation and if any criminal offence is made out, appropriate action shall be taken. The said exercise shall be conducted within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
