This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2015 and to remove the illegal construction made by the fourth respondent contrary to the approved building plan made by the third respondent in Ka.Aa.No.136/2014 dated 05.08.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also circulated a letter to the Registry to that effect.
