ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.02 of 2022 dated 07.06.2022 on the file of the first respondent herein as against these petitioners.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that in this case, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed before the TANPID Court, Madurai on 23.12.2023 through e-filing No.LTN 202300026STC20230002.

3.Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
