This Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, is directing the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2026 after due notice to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
