The writ petition has been filed for a direction to forbear the respondents 3 and 4 herein from in any manner insisting the petitioner Trust to submit a list of newly constituted school 1/3

committee till the end of academic year 2020-2021 and consequently direct the respondents herein to renew the recognition of Educational agency of present board of trustees and to grant of approval to the schools and colleges run by the petitioner Trust for the academic year 2020-2021 and till the disposal of the IA No.2 of 2020 in OS No.7 of 1953 on the file of Principal District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitoiner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
