COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) These writ petitions have been filed challenging the sale notices, dated 03.05.2023 and 24.05.2023 issued by the respondent bank.

2. Mr.R.Pandivel, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent bank, on instructions, would submit that the challenge to the sale notices has become infructuous inasmuch as there are no bidders till the last late of sale, namely, 09.06.2023.
