Prayer in Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.499 of 2018:- Revision is filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to call for the records and set aside the maintenance order in M.C.No.6 of 2009, dated 28.01.2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai on the respondent applications filed under section 125 Cr.PC with regard to issue of maintenance to the respondent and the same was allowed as the petitioner is directed to pay his wife who is the respondent a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month towards maintenance from the date of petition.

When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Crl.R.C.(MD) SR.No.499 of 2018 stands rejected.
