ORDER

This contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/3rd respondent and punish her for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.03.2024 made in W.M.P(MD).No.6848 of 2024 in W.P(MD).No. 7457 of 2024.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted taht this Court by order dated 26.03.2024 in W.M.P(MD).No.6848 of 2024 in W.P(MD).No.7457 of 2024 granted an order of interim stay in respect of recovery alone. Insofar as the recovery is concerned, there is no proceeding initiated.
