For Respondent : Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- C-31AB. For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No .240 Of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 143, 294(b), 323, 342, 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.240 of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It appears that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioners and another group with regard to the encroachment in a common pathway. The defacto complainant in this case is a practicing Advocate, who has been engaged by other group and as above on his profession, the defacto complainant visited the place of occurrence and taken some photographs which was objected by this petitioners and they assaulted and abused the defacto complainant and also criminally intimidated. They have also destroyed the drawings prepared by the defacto complainant.

3.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
