Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to give Police protection for fencing the petitioner's land in Survey No.394/2, situated at Kokkadi Village, Guruvadi Post, Avathandai Group, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District on the basis of survey conducted by Tahsildar by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.08.2018. ORDER

Mr.B.Bhagawathi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

2. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 3.This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to provide Police protection for the petitioner to fence his property, which has also been surveyed by the Tahsildar. 4.The petitioner has already given a representation dated 02.08.2018 to the second respondent.

5.However, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the representation has not been received by the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6.The petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the second respondent and the second respondent shall consider the representation and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.

7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
