The writ petitioners seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus for directing the second respondent to conduct the tender in a transparent manner regarding the works in connection with the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.A3/1639/2016-10, dated 28.08.2017 by following the Tamil Nadu Transparency in tenders Act and Rules.

infrastructural works. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that till date no consequential steps have been taken pursuant to the said proceedings, dated 28.08.2017. Therefore, as on date, there is no cause of action for filing these writ petitions. If goes without saying that the writ petitioners are at liberty to move this Court if the second respondent acts in violation of the terms and conditions set out in the said proceedings, dated 28.08.2017.
