Heard both sides.
2.By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.According to the petitioner, she is doing coolie work and that the 10 acres of land situated at Sy.No.537/2 of Pandavarmangalam Village, Kovilpatti Taluk, Tuticorin District belonged to Boodan Yagna Board. Furthermore, for more than 12 years, she is enjoying the aforesaid property at Plot No.7, Block B3 by rearing pigs.

respondent/Chairperson/Commissioner of Land Reforms, Bhoodan Yagna Board under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Bhoodan Yagna Act, 1958. Therefore, she sent a representation on 13.01.2016 through registered post to the respondents 1 to 3 requesting them to grant the aforesaid lands to her by way of issuance of patta. 5.Admittedly, the representation of the petitioner, addressed to the respondents 1 to 3, dated 13.01.2016 is pending as on date. In view of the fact that the petitioner's petition/representation dated 13.01.2016 is pending as on date (without any progress) in the subject matter in issue, this Court deems it fit and proper, at this stage, in directing the third respondent/District Revenue Officer (Bhoodan), Collectorate, Koramballam, Tuticorin & District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.01.
2016 on merits and to dispose of the same in the manner known to law and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless for this Court to make a significant mention that the third respondent shall provide adequate opportunity to the petitioner at the time of disposal of the representation dated 13.01.2016. It is open to the petitioner to produce relevant copies of records/documents before the third respondent and the third respondent shall take into account the said records/documents (if the petitioner produces the same) and to dispose of the representation within the time fixed by this Court.
5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
