ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in I.D.O.P.No.nil of 2020 for a speedy disposal of the said application.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner. 3.The trial Court is now required to dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2020 in I.D.O.P.No.nil of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed as above. No costs.
