This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.337 of 2021, dated 28.12.2021 on the file of the respondent police. 1/4

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.337 of 2021, which was registered against the accused persons, for the offences punishable under Sections 417 and 420 IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of one year, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police seeks three months time to complete the investigation and file a final report. 4.Considering the nature of crime, three months time is granted to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.337 of 2021, Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 14.07.2022 Internet:Yes./No Index:Yes/no vsd 2/4
