ORDER
The present writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.11.2025 within a time frame.
2. The petitioner's property was already surveyed by the respondents. However, the petitioner was not satisfied with the survey. Hence, the petitioner filed appeal before the 2nd respondent.
3. Therefore, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 10.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimant, if any and also grant them personal hearing, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
