JUDGMENT

Since the appellant is not willing to proceed further with the case, the learned counsel for the appellant has addressed a letter dated 11.09.2025, requesting the Registry to list the present Second Appeal under the caption "For Withdrawal". Accordingly, the matter is listed before this Court today under the said caption.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (17.09.2025), the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal and has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
