ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 10.05.2016, 23.09.2019 and 09.06.2021, wherein the petitioner was seeking for compensation for the grievous injuries sustained by her in a hit and run case.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the third respondent produced the entire records. It is seen that a sum of Rs.50,000/- was paid as compensation to the petitioner and the petitioner has also acknowledged the receipt of the same and this amount has also been credited in the Bank account on 23.06.2023.
3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. NCC : Yes/No 06.11.2023 Index : Yes/No smn2 2/4
