ORDER
The petitioner/husband has filed the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it is seen that HMOP No.286 of 2023 is pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi and HMOP No.136 of 2023 is also pending on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi. Therefore, it is just and necessary that both the matters are clubbed together.
3.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the case in HMOP No.286 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tenkasi and transferred to the file of the Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi, to be tried along with HMOP No.136 of 2023. The Additional Sub Court, Tenkasi shall consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
