Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned letter dated 11.02.2016 passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the building plan approval in Mu.Mu.53/2015-2016 dated 16.12.2015 granted in Re-survey No.570/4, South Kallikulam Village, Rathapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District in favour of the fourth respondent and to take necessary action against the fourth respondent for the illegal construction.
