[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.] Heard Mr.R.Sevugaraja, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned notice issued by the fourth respondent, dated 24.10.2017. The impugned notice is only a show-cause notice. Therefore, if the petitioner submits his objection, then, the fourth respondent has to conduct an enquiry and then, pass a speaking order and therefore, at this juncture, the question of interfering with the impugned notice does not arise and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit his objection to the impugned notice, dated 24.10.2017, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt, the fourth respondent shall conduct an enquiry and pass final orders, within a period of three weeks from the date on which, the enquiry is completed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
