ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.405 of 2021 from the file of the 2nd respondent to any other agency or officer based upon the representation dated 25.06.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, a case in Crime No.405 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. has been registered on 18.06.2021 and during the course of investigation, it was found that it is a case of suicide and no murder was committed upon the deceased. Action Drop Report was also made ready. 3.Let a copy of closure report be circulated to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings.
