ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 15.09.2016, wherein and whereby, the petitioner and other persons made certain complaints against some private individuals and sought for action against them in respect of Madurai Ammaluammal @ Guruvammal Trust, in respect of trust management.

2.It is seen that the first respondent, through his proceedings dated 05.10.2016, directed the second respondent, to take action on the petitioner's representation, in accordance with law and inform the same to the complainants.

no steps have been taken by the second respondent to dispose of the said representation.

4.Needless to say that it is for the respondents more particularly, the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and others and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, including the parties against whom, the petitioner and others made such complaint. It is also made clear that this Court is not expressing any view on the allegations made by the petitioner.

5.This writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned including the parties against whom the petitioner and others made such complaint, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
