Respondent/Respondent Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions of to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.373 of 2020 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram District and further the petitioner to execute a bond a sum of Rs.10000/- each with two sureties and pass order in CRL OP(MD)No.10751 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10751 of 2020, dated 05.10.2020 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 373 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, Ramanathapuram District. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the petition and the order dated 05.10.2020 does not require any modification.

4. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
