This Criminal original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to direct the Spl Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act, Sessions Judge (PCR Unit) Ramanathapuram to accept the surrender and consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of their surrender in Crime No. 121 of 2021,Emaneswaram Police station ORDER:- This This Criminal Miscellaneous petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. B.Ramamoorthy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1551 of 2022 dated 28.01.2022.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court and now he is ready to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3 In view of the same, time already granted by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2022 is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order , failing which the order shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this court.
