Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 120(b) r/w Section 4 of the TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.297 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.This Court had earlier dismissed the petition for anticipatory bail. Subsequently, it appears that other co-accused have been granted either bail or anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.297 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Magistrate. 4.Subject to this condition, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5.The petitioner shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.
