O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.3063/2016/Tho.Va and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the petitioner's service from the date of appointment.

2.Heard Mr.R.Sathish, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Sathish Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would avail the alternative remedy of preferring

further revision before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies against the impugned order of the second respondent / Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies and seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy by way of filing further revision before the Registrar, Co-operative Societies against the impugned order of the Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
